Chapel Gift Shop
Gifts Shop — The person who created the sign for the Chapel of Our Savior Gift Shop added an ‘s’ after Gift — “It should say ‘Gifts‘, said the sign maker, “because there are many kinds of gift there — the kind you buy and the spirituality the Friars radiate.”
The Chapel’s Gifts shop carries over 100 types of prayer cards, rosaries, statues for home and garden, inspirational family videos, crosses, jewelry, rings, medals, and children’s books and items to help plant the seeds of faith, which make perfect gifts for children making their Holy Communion and Confirmation. All proceeds from the Gifts Shop support the ministry of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. The Friars always welcome visitors and are happy to answer any questions.
Bro. Thomas Banacki, SA, the gifts shop manager, serves customers with warmth and friendliness, often offering a sympathetic ear to those who bring their troubles to the gift shop with them.
The Gifts Shop is open Tuesdays through Saturday, 11 am till 3:00 pm.
